Deputy Secretary-General works to enhance the efficiency and quality of the administrative duties, as well as assisting the Secretary-General in order to provide efficient, regular and harmonious coordination for the units existing at the administrative organizations of Sakarya University.

- Assisting the Secretary-General for the coordination of all bureaucratic and administrative services of the university
- Doing other duties given by the Secretary-General
